The association Metamedij has launched a mentoring process within the Impact4Values programme, aimed at strengthening organisational capacities and the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
The mentoring process is being implemented as part of the organisational development activities within the project 3P – Participation, Proficiency, Presence, and is based on a previously conducted organisational self-assessment and the Capacity Building Plan for the period 2026–2027.
The first mentoring cycle focuses on: operational stability, risk management, development of internal procedures, knowledge transfer within the team, systematisation of organisational processes and reducing operational overload among employees and collaborators.
The mentoring process is carried out in collaboration with Martina Stažnik through a programme implemented in Croatia by SOLIDARNA and Zaklada Slagalica with the support of the European Union.
3P: Pristup – Pismenost – Participacija
In the coming period, the organisation plans to continue developing its organisational and management capacities, including improvements in financial management, development of knowledge-transfer models and strengthening organisational resilience in the fields of cultural production, international cooperation and inclusive cultural practices.
These organisational development activities form part of Metamedij’s ongoing professionalisation process and long-term sustainability strategy.
