Project Youth Center Pula is a partnership project between two associations from Pula: ZUM – Association for the promotion of employment and vocational training of young people and Metamedij – association for the development of audio-visual art. At that time the project was realized in cooperation with the Ministry of Family, Veterans and Intergenerational Solidarity and Istria County with the support of the City of Pula and the National Foundation for Civil Society. It was established in accordance with the measure 89 of the National Programme of Action for Youth. Centre was opened on 29th May in 2006.

The objectives of the Youth Center Pula

• Improve institutional framework for better position of youth in society.
• To promote the idea of lifelong learning and training.
  
• Encourage active participation of youth in all spheres of social life.
• Raise the level of awareness of young people.

Mission

The mission is to improve the social status of youth in the Istria County through education, information and advice.

Vision

To become an international informational – educational center for youth.
